Learn how to generate a content snapshot with headlines, an article summary and key points.
Generating a Summary
Once you have pasted your long-form text or article link and chosen your output settings, simply click the “Generate” button in the top right corner of the screen to create your outputs (pictured below).
After clicking the “Generate” button, it will take a few moments for each of the summary sections to populate based on the parameters you selected in the first steps. Once the BRIEF is generated, you'll see the outputs for headline, article summary and key points on the right-hand side.
If you're all set and you'd like to copy into your publishing tool, hit the copy button in the top right-hand corner (pictured below).
Headlines
Your SEO-optimized headlines will appear in the text boxes under “Headlines." If you wish to edit any of the headline outputs, simply click into the text box and edit as you see fit. Edits will automatically update in the text box and on the right-hand side (pictured below).
If you’d like BRIEF to regenerate new headlines, you can simply click the refresh icon next to “Headlines” (pictured below).
Article Summary
Your article summary will appear in the text box under the “Article Summary” heading. If you wish to edit, simply click into the text box and edit as you see fit. Edits will automatically update in the text box and on the right-hand side (pictured below).
If you’d like BRIEF to regenerate a new article summary, click on the 
Key Points
Your key points will appear in the text boxes under the “Key Points” heading. If you wish to edit any of the key points outputs, simply click into the text box and edit as you see fit. Edits will automatically update in the text box and on the right-hand side (pictured below).
If you’d like BRIEF to regenerate new key points, you can simply click the refresh icon next to “Key Points” (pictured below).
