Nota has a new feature that allows users to share projects across their workspace or team. Project sharing enables real-time collaboration and easier feedback loops.

Nota Dashboard - Project Sharing
We’re excited to announce a highly requested update to the Nota tool suite — you can now share projects created in any Nota tool with other members of your team or organization!
Whether you’re working in SUM, SOCIAL, VID Pro or any other tool in the Nota platform, you can now seamlessly collaborate by giving colleagues access to your projects. That means easier feedback loops, faster handoffs, and better alignment across your newsroom or content team — all in real time.
Step 1: Navigate to a saved project for any Nota tool in your Projects folder
Step 2: Click the project you wish to share to navigate to the selected project for editing.
Step 3: You will now notice the share icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Click the icon and the below modal will appear. Move the slider to the right to share the project with the organization and click the save button.
Step 5: Once saved you will notice the icon in the upper right corner changes to a dual avatar indicating the project is shared. See below.
Note: The view on your Projects screen should now been updated. You will now notice a few new column headings for Owner, Shared Status, and Last Edit. See below.
If you’d like to make a private project publicly available from this screen, simply click the ellipsis (⋮) on the right side of the row the project name is on, click the sharing icon, and then you can change the status of the project. See below.
