  • A snapshot view of your dashboard usage analytics/reporting
  • Streamlined tool icons  for individual products removing the text explainers for each

If you recall, the previous dashboard looked like this…

Below is an overview of the updated dashboard interface:

Key Updates:

  • The left navigation now has a New Project + button that you can click to expand all of the tools you have access to for creating a new project. This has significantly streamlined the left hand navigation and makes it even easier to to jump back Home, open your Projects folder, or access your Media Library.

  • The main section of the dashboard now has a Recent Projects tile. This tile will display the name of your 5 most recent projects, the tool icon used to create that project, and an indication of the last time that project was edited.

  • You can click the Recent Projects tile title or the View All Projects → link to open your Projects folder.
  • The main section of the dashboard now has a Your Activity report. This report will show you the total count of outputs you’ve created across all tools for the current calendar month as well as a breakdown of creations by tool. You can click anywhere on the Your Activity tab to be taken straight to the Nota reporting.

  • If you haven’t had any dashboard activity for the current calendar month, your dashboard will look like this:

  • Finally, you will now notice the tiles for each of the tools are smaller and don’t have the text explaining what each tool does. All you have to do to launch the toll you want to use is click the respective tool tile just as you have before.

That’s all for this release. Stay tuned for future updates!
