Hadar Product Release Notes - 11.20.23

We've made some awesome updates to our Nota toolset with the Hadar release. Get full details and instructions here.

BRIEF:

  • Our LETTER tool now has a universal HTML copy/paste option, making it easy to drop in Nota generated newsletter copy into your existing email template(s).
  • LETTER also has a new global setting that allows you to dictate the length of your article summaries.
  • Our Chrome browser extension does even more! You can now create LETTER projects, run SUM on an article, and even get SOCIAL outputs through the extension.

LETTER - Summary Output Global Setting

We recognize that each publication has a different approach to summary length for articles included in a newsletter, therefore we’ve added a global output setting for “Summary Length Option” that will allow you to dictate the default length for all of the article summaries generated for your newsletter. See below:

As a reminder, you will still have the capability to change the article summary length for a specific article by clicking the diamond icon next to the summary output:

LETTER - Universal HTML Copy/Paste

We’ve now added another way for you to take your Nota generated content from our dashboard into your existing ESP. After you’ve completed the editing process of your LETTER project and click the Export button in the top right hand corner, you will now see an additional option that says “Copy HTML to clipboard.” See below:

After selecting this button and clicking “Confirm,” the HTML code for your LETTER newsletter will now be available to drop/paste into your existing ESP newsletter template(s) for use. As a next step, create a block of HTML in your existing template where you want the Nota newsletter content to live, paste the HTML code, and review the output.

Chrome Browser Extension - SUM & SOCIAL Added!

We’ve added even more functionality to our Chrome browser extension. You can now leverage our SUM and SOCIAL functionality through the browser extension. Simply click the button for the extension in your browser, and you will now see that you can select LETTER to start a newsletter project, SUM to get all of the outputs relevant for that article, or SOCIAL to produce suggested copy for social platforms. See below:
