Edit a Brand - add more customization and control within your settings!
Brand settings customization has been a top feature request for months, and we’ve heard you all loud and clear! With Juno, each user now has the ability to add their “Brand styles” and “Brand preferences” within the Settings tab.
To get started, click on the “Settings” icon and then click on “Brands.” From there, you can either “ADD BRAND” in the top-right corner or “Edit” an existing brand to find the new customization tools. See below:
If you toggle to “Brand Preferences,” you’ll see that we’ve added two new features: “Output Settings” and “AI Content Policy.” See below:
Within “Output Settings,” you now have the ability to set a maximum character length for headline outputs in LETTER and SUM! Select a value between 30 and 120 characters and click “SAVE” in the top-right corner. Boom!
Secondly, we’ve also launched a new “AI Content Policy” tool that allows users to create custom language that’s appended to the bottom of any BRIEF or LETTER output. In an effort to continue to provide industry-leading transparency for assistive-AI tools, we’re making it even easier to generate custom AI policies for your text outputs.
Add your AI content policy in the text box, toggle the “Enable AI content policy” icon and click “SAVE” in the top-right corner. Whenever you generate a LETTER or BRIEF through the dashboard moving forward, your AI content policy will be automatically appended at the bottom of each output. See below:
WordPress Plugin Upgrades - copy to clipboard, pull quotes, slug limitations and headline length customization!
First and foremost…make sure you’ve updated the plugin! Once you’re working with the latest version of the Nota WordPress plugin, check out all the new features below.
Minimizing friction across channels is essential, so we’re making it easier to copy to clipboard. We’ve added a new “Copy” feature to multiple outputs within the plugin. Hover over the right side of the output and the “Copy” icon will appear. See below:
We’ve also added “Quotes” within the plugin’s “Content” tab. Once you click “Analyze page,” you’ll receive three options that you can either “Copy” or regenerate. See below:
In order to help maintain best SEO practices, we now prohibit users from changing a slug once an article has been published.
Lastly, we’ve added “Output Settings” to customize and set a “Max headline length.”
Click on “Nota tools” within the “Settings” tab in your WordPress account. Then, find “Max headline length” and add a value between 30 and 120 characters. When you’re finished, click “Save” at the bottom. See below:
Moving forward, all your headline outputs will not exceed the maximum length you set in “Output settings.” See below:
That’s all for this release. Stay tuned for future updates!
