The Nota dashboard now has you covered with easy steps to save unfinished projects and finish them at a later date.
Step 1:
Once you're ready to save your project, confirm what you'd like to name it in the top-left corner of the dashboard. In this example, we've saved our LETTER as "LA Times - 10/24 Letter Draft" (pictured below).
Step 2:
Click "Save" in the top right-hand corner (pictured below).
Step 3:
When you're ready to return to your project, click "Projects" on the left-hand rail (pictured below).
Step 4:
Find the project you're looking to finish or continue editing and click the project name. In this example, we'll click into "LA Times - 10/24 LETTER Draft" (pictured below).
There is no limit on the number of projects you can save. You can also organize your projects based on newest, oldest, or last edited (pictured below).
If needed, click on the three-dot icon on the right-hand side and click "Delete" to remove your unfinished project (pictured below).
Step 5:
Once you find your project, click on the title and you'll be redirected back to the editing stage (pictured below).
From here, continue to edit your project until it's completed and you're ready to share it in the wild!
Save your SUM, BRIEF, and SOCIAL Projects
We’ve now extended your ability to save projects for more than just our LETTER tool. You can now save a SUM, BRIEF, and SOCIAL project for future use. You will notice that for each of these tools, you will see the ability to name your project in the right hand rail under Output Settings. This field is completely optional, and you will have the chance to name your project after clicking the Generate button as well.
The name of your project will appear at the top of the screen. You will also now see a green SAVE button for your project with the respective Nota tool.
Note: Just because you name your project does not mean it will automatically save. Please remember to click the Save button for any tool outputs you wish to access at a later date/time.
You can now navigate to the Projects folder on the left rail to see all of your projects across each of the tools you saved outputs for.
You will notice that each project has a unique icon to distinguish which tool was used. Additionally, the Tool column will allow you to identify which tool was used to create the project listed.
