Using VID with the Chrome Browser Extension

Jump into VID quickly without leaving your web browser.

Step 1:

Navigate to the webpage of the published article you’d like to generate an IMAGE with.

Step 2:

Click the Nota browser extension icon on your toolbar (pictured below).

Step 3:

You'll be presented with six options to get started. Click on VID (pictured below).

Step 4:

On the next screen, choose the "Template," "Length," "Aspect ratio," and "Brand" you'd like to use for your VID (pictured below). When you're ready, click "Continue."

NOTE: You can still change/update your "Template," "Number of Images" and "Aspect ratio"  while editing your VID slides within the dashboard. 

Step 5:

On the next screen, Nota will pull in images from the article. If you’d like to include any image(s) in the VID you're creating, select them and the ✔️ icon will populate. When you're ready, click "Generate VID" (pictured below).

Step 6:

Once you click "Generate VID," the VID tool within the Nota dashboard will open and take you directly to the edit screen for the project. From there, you can finish editing and downloading your VID (pictured below).
