You can choose how your image looks using the Image Fit setting. You can also change where the focus of the image is using the Focal Point setting. If you want to use a different image, just click the Choose a New Image button.
Highlighted Actions:
- Modify image attributes: adjust fit, focal point, and select a different image.
- Options for image fit: cover to fill the space, fit to scale the image down.
- Refine the focal point to emphasize the key area; swap the image with a new one.
Editing an Image
Once the image is added to your project, you can edit its properties using the following settings:
Image Fit
Choose how the image fits within the available space. Options include cover and fit. Cover will fill the entire available space while maintaining the aspect ratio of the image. Fit will scale the image down to fit inside the available space. Use the dropdown menu to select the desired fit option.
Focal Point
Adjust the focal point of the image to highlight the most important area. Click and drag the focal point marker on the image preview to the desired location.
Choose a New Image
Click to replace the current image with a new one. Click the Choose a New Image button and select a new image file from your media library or computer. This button is located at the bottom of the Image settings on the right rail.
